About the event
Join Dayna for a glowtastic night, feauturing an aerobic/dance workout followed by gentle yoga stretching. This Class will be in near dark, accompanied by an awesome playlist, plenty of glow in the dark accessories and lots of fun---making it feel less like a chore and more like a PARTY!
We will begin the event by prepping ourselves with all things glow in the dark! If you would like to wear/bring items from home, feel free! Then the real fun begins----lights out + time to (Glow) Party!
