Radiant Stillness is a 75-minute journey into the heart of rest, healing and energetic alignment. Held in a softly heated space to encourage deep relaxation, this experience weaves together:

• Conscious Breathwork to open and clear energetic pathways.

• Guided Meditation to ground your awareness and calm your mind.

• Hands-on Reiki Healing to support energetic balance and emotional release.

This is a fully still practice - no movement or yoga required. The heat helps to relax physical tension and enhance your receptivity to breath and energy work. You'll be comfortably supported with props, blankets, and aromatherapy.
