Refresh your Strength this summer! Maybe you're new to working out, curious (or fearful) about strength training, or inspired by the warmer weather to feel better in your body?! Or maybe you have been on a path towards a healthier lifestyle for a while now, challenging your mind and body through experienced exercises and fitness classes. This event is for YOU! Within these 90 minutes, we will review and practice the correct form for traditional and foundational level strength exercises. This will be active learning, so come prepared for a workout! These might be exercises you've seen and heard of before, but when completed with your mind focused on form, you'll be surprised at how effective they can be! Can't wait to see you in the studio!
