Service Description

A high-energy workout that moves you through a series of exercise stations targeting different muscle groups. Combining strength, cardio and endurance exercises, this class keeps the heart rate up while building strength and agility. It's ideal for all fitness levels, as exercises can be modified for intensity.

Cancellation Policy

There is a one-hour cancelation policy for all classes. Cancelations made after the one-hour window or no shows will lose their class session from their plan + incur a $10 late cancellation/no show fee. Booking is open until 15 minutes prior to the start time of class. Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability + demand. If there are no participants booked for a class, that class will be cancelled one hour prior to start time, with morning classes being cancelled at 10pm the night prior.
