Service Description

Get ready to strengthen + sculpt your lower body + midsection in this dynamic class! This class is designed to target + tone your glutes, abs + lower back through a combination of strength training + functional exercises. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will help you build stability, improve posture + enhance overall body strength. You’ll start with a brief warm-up to get your body moving + muscles ready. This is followed by a series of focused exercises to tone + strengthen a strong core, improving stability + posture and workouts specifically designed to activate + strengthen your glute muscles. Body weight, resistance bands, floor sliders and/or weights will be incorporated throughout to keep things fun + interesting! The class will end with stretching + relaxation to help your muscles recover + reduce soreness.

Cancellation Policy

There is a one-hour cancelation policy for all classes. Cancelations made after the one-hour window or no shows will lose their class session from their plan + incur a $10 late cancellation/no show fee. Booking is open until 15 minutes prior to the start time of class. Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability + demand. If there are no participants booked for a class, that class will be cancelled one hour prior to start time, with morning classes being cancelled at 10pm the night prior.
