Service Description
A heated yoga class where we will focus on specific twists, bends + stretches designed to support your digestive health and overall wellness with Discussion + tips for aiding in detoxification, digestion + other stomach issues.

Cancellation Policy
There is a one-hour cancelation policy for all classes. Cancelations made after the one-hour window or no shows will lose their class session from their plan + incur a $10 late cancellation/no show fee. Booking is open until 15 minutes prior to the start time of class. Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability + demand. If there are no participants booked for a class, that class will be cancelled one hour prior to start time, with morning classes being cancelled at 10pm the night prior.
