Service Description

This class is a full-body strength training hour that makes your muscles strong and movements strong! Each week's workout brings variety with new props + techniques, but one goal stays constant: building muscle endurance! With longer rests between sets, you'll push your strength to the max--no cardio required! A fantastic workout for everyone, regardless of fitness level. **Please note that Friday's 4:00pm class is heated.**

Cancellation Policy

There is a one-hour cancelation policy for all classes. Cancelations made after the one-hour window or no shows will lose their class session from their plan + incur a $10 late cancellation/no show fee. Booking is open until 15 minutes prior to the start time of class. Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability + demand. If there are no participants booked for a class, that class will be cancelled one hour prior to start time, with morning classes being cancelled at 10pm the night prior.
